Got this same call. They got upset and hung up on me when I told them that the IRS would send me notice. They said they did and gave me my current address. Said they mailed this info in February. I just moved to said address 2 weeks ago.
This number has been repeatedly calling me. When I first answered no one would say anything, so I just ignored the calls. Then today, I received a voicemail identical to these on the site. Thank you all for posting. I'm so happy I didn't fall into that scam. I'll be blocking that number.
