Received calls from this # on Apr. 12 and Apr. 18, 2013.  I live nowhere near Washington, D.C.  Did not pick up the calls.

just received a call from this damn number and i live in canada - WTF!!!!  of course the line was blank when i answered - probably a friggin' scammer!!!

Just missed a call from this number. I live in Canada and am certainly not expecting any calls from Washington DC.
