Got a call about an irs lawsuit. Who do I report this 2

Nobody because they are likely not based in the U.S.  just put the number on the autoreject list and ignore it

Circling again - IRS filing a lawsuit against you.  They don't call with a digital voice, they send by mail..

Left me a message saying they are from the IRS.  I called them back and call them scum and to get a job.  He then will curse me out,  I end with F a Cow.  I then block their number so they can't call me back.  Every time I go by the phone I call them back and just say F a Cow - I like the idea he gets to go through what we go through.
