I called the number back and spoke with a woman who said that she was calling to say that her company would be delivering a free (no charge now or later) shopping guide this weekend and just needed to verify that my address (which she had) actually exists.  She didn't say what company she worked for, and I didn't think to ask so I called back, and an Operator name Jane said that the company is affiliated with the Washington Post and the publication is called Savings Now.
