Yes, this is from a company called Airtel calling card to call India from US. These people do not care what's there in the do-not-call-list. Usually their #s are masked, sometimes it does show up. I got hundreds of calls from this horrible company. Suggest complaining to your state's Attorney general's office. I did the same. When they see good # of complaints, they will initiate action.
