yes am one of those people they called..tell me that I won a grant...because I was a good and loyal citizen... the guys that talk to u sound from the middle eastern...he is good in trying to make u fall for it...asking u for ur information...say that lost of people didn't receive this grant because the didn't get the check by mail...so he ask if I had any credit cards or bank account they could transfer the money...or that they could send it to a western union and get charged a fee..he gave me this # to call and told me if its busy to keep calling to clam my money...I just want to thank the person who took his time to post it online...so no one falls for this...
Got the same call. I kept telling him it sounded too good to be true. He really got mad when I busted him on this. As soon as I got the number "of the person that will award your Grants money" (yes he continually said grantS money), I put that number in google and found this page.
Thank you all for reporting this. He promptly hung up on me when I busted him on this.
