Informed him he could work all he wants out of Washington, but Florida Department of Agriculture, the FTC, and the FCC will prosecute C&D violators. He just laughed and said I "just broke the law" by pressing 1 I had indicated I wanted to activate my account and was falsly representing myself. Oh, by the way, he was informed I WAS recording the call, to which he asked if I had the legal right to do so. I told him that in fact, by imforming him I had the legal right and if we ever got another call from his company we would prosecute. The last thing I told him was he had better make sure our number was removed and then I hung up.
