This person called and said they were from the IRS and said that I owed money and wanted me to pay over the phone.I said no I would not do that.

Caller name comes up as "PAYPHONE" with this #.  They have called numerous times.

Has called several times.

Called me several times the last week. I just called It back and said it " not in service". Read posts about IRS. I almost fell for that one last year because they actually had used a true Sherrif department number. Blocking this caller.

"PAYPHONE" came up with this number.  Looked up number on line; read comments from people who also received this call.
