I have received this call as well. It's a confirmed scam. You cannot be arrested for unpaid loans, or threatened for it either. It's concerning that they know our info as well as they do, but do not talk to them anymore. Hope this helps, it worried me the first time they called me.
Receiving threatening calls that I owe for a payday loan and I will be arrested if I do not send funds by end of the day. They have a lot of my personal information and threatened to send police to my job.
