I received a robo call from this number at 12:43 pm CST. It indicated that I had a tax judgement against me and that I needed to call them back at that number to prevent it going to court. From reading the other comments I'm going to assume this was a scam call and will not be calling them back.
Received a call from this number and they said I had a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud. They wanted all my information and that my assets were going to be seized. When I refused to give them my information they hung up on me.
A couple days ago I got an announcement from My county Sheriff's Office about two IRS scams that are once again hitting us hard. and that the Real IRS will Never: 1 Call to demand immediate payment without mailing you a bill first. 2 Demand you use a specific payment method. 3 Threaten to have local police or other law enforcement to arrest you. And they suggested to file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. The robo call from 202-552-6638 is a scam and I reported it to the FTC.
