I received a call from this number, and no one would say anything, and there was a lot of laughing in the background. I tried Calling back and no answer!! It says the person can't take your call. I don't like it when I haven't gave my number out, and I get calls from people laughing.

They just called me so I attempts to call back as well and there is no recipient on the other end of the phone which further validates that this call is not legit
The person said that they were calling from the federal government and a survey was conducted several months ago. I was one of the lottery winning from the survey bc I have no criminal background, pay taxes and bills and have not filed bankruptcy within the last 6 months. The government is giving me a 8,000 grant that i do not have to pay back or pay taxes on. Then she proceeded to give me three ways to collect the money but I told her this seems too good to be true and probably a scam. She then hung up!
