I got a text message from a 202-556-3480 saying, and I quote, "I am Mr Harry Mark, I'm working as a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AGENT. Can you work as my personal assistant?" I received this message at 12:39am. I had a gut feeling and immediate got the "heeby-jeebies" and looked up the 202 area code and found out its a scam or fraud. Thank you.
