I have received calls from 202-666-1040 but no messages. I answered this morning, and the man stated he was from the U.S. Govt Agency letting me know i have been randomly selected to receive a one time grant, but it is not to be used for alcohol, gambling, or smoking. It was strictly for to pay off bills, and student loans. I also gave him my bank info and he told me that i can get the grant money within 45 min, after i make a particular call with the grant ID#. He gave me a name a number 202-558-4554 to call back with a grant approval ID#. I was told to call immediately after hanging up. I called many times and left messages, and he just returned my call, and he told me he needed the grant approval id#.
Soon as I gave it to him, he repeated the same thing the other person told me. He had some type of problem with speech. He told me in order to get this grant money I had to pay $211 for application fee. I told him i dont have it, and could he provide that to me in writing. He said he could send it, but I could go to www.usgovernmentgrant.org.
I checked this number first now im getting ready to check out website. He told me to call him back whenever I get the money.
Just happened to me , told me exact same thing . told me to go to western union to pay 212$ for taxes on the grant once done he would remain online til grant money is deposit unto account ..
