Woman with heavy Indian accent left a message on my machine claiming to be Officer Amy Cooper from the Federal Trade Commission calling regarding a Publisher's Clearing House prize of $3000. She hung up mid-message, leaving no contact information. This number has called multiple times without leaving a message prior to this. Since I have not entered a PCH contest in over ten years, I suspect a scam.
