got a call from this number asking me if I was looking for a government grant. I said no and laughed. he then asked for my age which I would not give him. then he told me I could suck his big dick and hung up on me.
They keep calling my phone but I can never talk to anyone. They are trying to sell me some scam [***]. I want to talk to a real person so I can tell them I am on the do not call list and not to call me anymore. It pisses me off that I cannot talk to anyone real.

Have you googled/searched for "Call Blocker?
Call blockers are available as phones, apps (some free) and standalone devices.
