Yes, it's the "India RS" Collection unit. Please put all cans & bags at the front of the house. They're a division of "India BS".

Those IRS scams are fun to deal with I call em out on their BS. I tell em to google themselves and watch the you tyube videos where thaty are being played for fools and morons. Sometimes I will keep calling them back till they block me. LOL They are the joke of the internes as is all the India phone scams  .. the computer scam, the lotto scam, the lower creditcard balance scam.
