got the call saying i had a judgment against me for electronic check fraud and he even had the last 4 digits of my social security no. when i told him he had the wrong person i hung up the phone on him, he blew up my phone the rest of the night and the next day called my place of employment and called me a bitich and said my mom was a [***] and then my boss took the phone and he told my boss that he was a mother fer and that his mother was a [***].
Got a call from this number saying that I took out a loan, which I never did and he said I have a warrant out for my arrest for non payment and the total with the warrant was $390. He couldn't give me any information concerning the warrant.
I JUST GOT THE SAME CALL BUT MINE WAS FOR $200 AND THEY WERE ISSUING A WARRANT AND FILING A SUIT AGAINS ME IN MY HOME TOWN TODAY BY 2PM TODAY. THEY WANTED MY ATTORNEY'S INFO AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T NEED ON FOR THEM TO SERVE ME JUST SEND ME THE PAPERS AFTER THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO "SETTLE OUT OF COURT FOR THE AMOUNT DUE" HE SAID HE HAD EVERYTHING HE NEEDED AND HUNG UP! HE WAS VERY THICK INDIAN ACCENTED AND RUDE!!!!!!!!
