didn't answer call,voicemail was left from "Officer Kyle Cooper" demanding that either I or my lawyer return his call or good luck with what would come down on me. This just pissed me off so i called him and in a not so friendly tone said F-you dont ever call again or you will be in jail!!
Same call made to my client,Many times and even had the gall to leave a voice mail with name and impersonation an IRS Agent. This scared the crap out of them, I told them that IRS never calls for debt collection nor sends email to tax payers period. I advised my client to relax and tell Kyle Cooper he is smoking some bad weed.
Same thing happened with me. Some one named Kyle [***] cooper called me yesterday and said I owe IRS some money. That's [***]. I just hung up on him in the middle. I had gotten similar kind of call few weeks ago when i actually called IRS and asked if I owe any money to them and I didn't.
Got similar call on my answering machine, left a message saying he is from IRS and calling regarding money I owed to IRS and he can help me resolve it.
He can't even pronounce the name correctly and seems to have accent. Don't call him back.
