I called back the number and it said I was requested to participate in a survey, but the time has expired..It was like 2 minutes ago...hmmm.

I just received a call from this number on my cell at 3:05pm CT.  They didn't let it ring long enough for my voicemail to pickup.  It is listed as DC, USA.

They just called me and did a survey about how well obama is doing and then told me I won a cruise, and asked for my credit card number. I said BYE.
