Got the same bs about the government grant money blah blah blah....usually middle eastern male named charlie or Paul (lol). Called three times so far and I hoy to the point where I just like to screw with them. One time I put I my best alli babba imitation and claimed to be "joe" from a few cubicles down. I asked if the caller could see me waving to get and she said "yes I see you" and hung up. Today I wss the angry Asian owner of a Chinese restaurant. "YOU NO ORDER, NO CALL MY RESTAURANT!" I kept this up until they laughed and hung up. It's a game now. Lots of entertainment!
