This number called at 4:37 PM on 9/19/14 and hung up as soon as I answered.

These people called claiming that I was to receive $7,000 in grants from the US Government. They gave me a "confirmation code" and a phone number to talk to a supervisor. The rude person at that number soft sold this "grant" and then said I would have to come up with $200 for processing! SCAMMMMM!!!!!!

Keeps calling, leaves no VM.

Caller with thick accent (Eastern European maybe) claimed to be with U.S. Health & Human Services Department. I tried to ask how she came to call this number (I never give out cell #, use landline for all but family & close friends). When pressed, she hung up.
