They keep calling me all the time even when I don't answer

I'm getting two or three calls a week. Answered once, no one there.  Some sort of robo call

received 4 calls in one day.  my answering answered and they hung up!    666 = the devil, hell

They have called me 3 times today the last time I answered and they are trying to help me get a grant and I ask them to take me off the calling list and they start call me a b☆☆☆☆
