said i was to receive from washington dc $10,000 to spend anyway i wanted, only thing i need to do was give her (i could hardly understand her) my checking acct, debit card or credit card info!!!!

These people keep calling...and keep calling...and keep calling.  But when I answer, no one speaks and I get a hang up about 5-10 seconds later. Sounds like a robo-dialer and insufficient numbers of scam artists on the other end to pick up the connection.  I wish that the government had some teeth in the Do-Not-Call laws.
