States his name is David Watson from the IRS, although he can barely speak English.  I Left a voice mail stating that he was calling regarding a warranty for my arrest from the IRS.  I waited a few minutes and called back and someone pretended to transfer me to another number. Same guy gave me his name as David Watson and wanted to know if I had been contacted by my local police so I played along to see what else he would say.  He said he wanted to give me my warrant number and then disconnected.  Said that my property was being investigated so I asked him the address.  He was close but not quite right, but knew my name.  I am assuming this was by it being attached to my phone number, which is now a cell phone not landline.  Anyway, I waited about 10 minutes and called back, asking for David Watson. Told him that he was just about to give me the warrant number and we got disconnected so he started rattling of some letter/number combination.  When he was finished I said, "So if I give this number to my attorney, he can track this?" He said, "Oh no, you can't talk to an attorney"  Then I unleashed, told him that I knew that he was a scammer and that I knew for a fact that the IRS doesn't call people on the phone, they send certified letters and that I myself work for the federal government. Then I told him that if used my recorded voice for any reason I would sue him.  Needless to say, he hung up on me.  Apparently I don't have enough to keep me entertained on a Saturday afternoon.
