I also get calls from this number even though I am on the "do not call" list. They hang up on me when I tell them to remove my number. It is a scam. If you ask what card they are calling in reference to they cannot name one.
WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
It's easy. Their computer(s) first dial the area code, then all the prefixes (3 digits) in that area code, and then starting with 0000, dial repeatedly until they finally dial 9999. That way, ALL the numbers are dialed. All these jerks have to do is sit and wait until they get a 'hit' when someone answers.
