Who called from 2027190479

Keeps calling my cell..i do not answer and no message left..try calling back and says that number is NOT in service..

I got same.. Called my cell and I tried calling back and says it is not a working number.

You'll only hear the robo message from Mitt Romney if you answer the call. I called back the number, 202-719-0479, immediately after receiving the robo call and got the same message about the number not being in service. I've blocked about 5 202 area code numbers but the sneaky fools keep changing their number. Not sure how they do that, but it should be illegal. It costs me each time I answer the call.

Got a call from 202-719-0479 no message could not call them back I get at lease 3 of theses a day but different numbers

Exactly -- Same with me.   When I call back they say it is Verizon and the number is no longer in service...  How do they do that???
