I live in Canada and do not appreciate getting calls!

In Montreal area... just got this and let it go to voicemail. Got the same earlier this week during work hours and hung up on the first word "Congratulations" - click. This should be blocked by all carriers once ID'd.

its a spam fraud call

I got a few calls from this number. It is disgusting to hear the same old $%#$!

answer and whistle into the phone with various notes it will think its a fax and remove you from the list
