Received phone call from this number. The message was as listed above about a lawsuit being filed against me by the IRS and that I must contact him immediately or "good luck as the situation unfolds on you." Beware of this number. An Indian man makes this call threatening that he is from the IRS and is calling about a lawsuit the IRS supposedly has against you. He claims that if you do not call this number back immediately, then "he wishes you good luck with what will happen to you". By the way, this number is a wireless number!

I received the same message on my answering machine on 7/3 -- day before a long holiday weekend. I assumed it was bogus and wanted to report it to my local IRS office; however, that is impossible. Only get referred to website that is not very user friendly either.
