The person who called from this number said his name was Michael Anthony and that I have a winning ticket (lottery), and that the Federal Reserve Bank is holding my winnings ($6, 800,000.00). He provided me with an account and routing number. He asked me to call the Federal Reserve Bank (360/450-2095), give them account and routing number, and they would have me answer questions to confirm who I am (i.e., they will want driver's license #, MY current bank account and routing number, etc.) so they can issue my winnings. More than likely, add the winnings to my personal bank account.
I should add that he gave me his name & number and asked me to call him right back after the transaction was complete.
I reported this to the FBI and they also thought it is a SCAM. If bank was holding $ for me they would send a check directly to me. Sounds like Mr. Anthony, the "go between" in this case, is scamming me.
