Yes, 2nd call today for me as well. First was early early in the morning (Pacific time) saying third notice for pending lawsuit by the IRS. 2nd call from David Gray regarding a criminal lawsuit. When you try to call the number left to call back the your "call cannot be completed at this time".
I just got this same message on my home voice mail yesterday. I called the number today and same exact speech. I told him they are crooks and scammers and that I was going to report them. They hung up on my so I called them back two more times and then they blocked my number. I reported the number to the TIGTA: https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
