A friend got this call today. They were claiming he was going to be arrested if he didn't contact them. When I called the number the person could barely speak English and denied everything. If you know any elderly people warn them.
This call is from Washington DC. It's a recording. Claims that a warrant has been issued for your arrest by the IRS and to contact them. Scam/Fraud. They don't mention your name either.
