Have received 3 calls from this number within 6 hours. I finally answered the third call and the idiot asked for me personally but I didn't say who I was. He refused to say who he was and I refused to say who I was. After a few "pleasantries" he hung up on me. I called the number back and received a recording stating " no longer in service". Don't answer, likely a scam of some kind. It is a Washington DC area code but surely not a government agency.

I have received 7 calls from this number today. It's a foreign man saying something about the us treasury department and a grant, when you call it back it says the number is out of service.
