Who called from 2027599883

I received a message that said they were from Legal Affairs US Dept of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and said that I should call 202-759-9883 about a legal affair concerning me

The speaker says that she (or he) is calling from the IRS and that there is a lien against me.  I'm pretty sure it's a scam and intend to report them to the Do Not Call registry.

Received call twice in same day from this number saying she (foreign dialect) was calling reference to a legal matter in which I was involved.

Same message as above, delivered with an Indian accent.  They didn't know my name.

THIS IS TOTAL FRAUD THE IRS DOES NOT DO THIS WAY OLD PEOPLE ARE BEING SCAMMED PLEASE REPORT AND DON'T WORRY DO NOT GIVE ANYTHING
