Called on a Sunday at 6:30 PM and left no message.   Have received several calls from this number during the week and they never leave a message.

Caller ID says: TV RESEARCH CO.  Recorded msg says: "press 1" [supposedly about a short TV survey].  I did not take the survey.

CallerID: TV RESEARCH CO; recording of Frank Travis from TV Research Company;" press 1 to start the survey"; if you do not press 1, the recording repeats once; then if no response, they terminate the call; supposedly research surveys are exempt from the federal DO NOT CALL LIST

Second call from this number. The last one was in May of 2015! But the number is stored in my call blocker and was blocked appropriately.

I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. Blocked.
