Who called from 2027599967

We received call at 8:52PM on a Sunday (3/6) night.  Supposedly a political survey.  ID just said Washington DC.  I suspect a scammer robo call to see who answers.  If this is a legitimate call why doesn't the company ID themselves properly?  I might participate if I was certain the call was legit.

Robo call with a survey who you will vote for. Idiots with nothing to do but bother other people.

Caller ID stated "Voter Research" on March 9 (just before Florida's primary). Goes in the callblocker.

Someone named "Vickie" who was pandering an anti-Rich Workman political ad. Yes Mr. Workman needs to be shot on sight, but Vickie got an ear full for calling my number. ALL Republican phone scammers should be gutted on sight! Anybody have any of their addresses handy? NO SURVIVORS!

This number has called 4 times since 2pm today. Enough already! I'm assuming it's a political call since the area code is Washington DC.
