Caller ID shows Washington DC. I don't answer. In a voicemail, a woman (who does not identify herself by name) says she's from the IRS and there's a lawsuit against me and asks me to call the number back. I laugh and think about what games I can play with her.

Called back after listening to first few words of recorded message. Obvious boiler room sounds in background. Man answered and stated in on the IRS thing wanting my name, address, etc. that there was an IRS case against me (which would NOT be the case). I said it was a scam and what the heck was anyone calling me at 6:00 in the morning. Have heard about phony calls like this.
Just got a call from this number and let it go to voice mail. It was a woman's recorded voice telling me that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and to call back at this number asap.
