My husband answered this call and the first thing the person asked was is this (my husband's name)? We've been warned to not answer "yes" to anything, it triggers a scam of some sort. So he said "speaking" Then the caller proceeded to tell my husband was entitled to a $10,000.00 grant which he didn't have to pay back, my husband started laughing and said "I don't think so" and hung up. We get this call 2 or 3 times a day. It originates from Washington D.C. according to caller ID. Go figure.
They keep calling from this number, over and over, everyday. Using Vulgar language and will not stop calling. They speak something other than English as the first language
