I had a similar situation a couple years back-them calling from about 3 or 4 numbers daily. I rounded the numbers up and found someone in the local office who cared enough to help me and the next day the calls stopped.
Getting a lot of these 202 area code calls lately where no message is left. So far I have blocked 202-770-2406, 202-770-2262, 202-770-2489, 202-650-6149. I guess there will be more blocking to come.
Daily calls that I don't pick up, CID shows ALA, various 202 area code numbers. As someone mentioned previously, don't call me to solicit money, send a letter. Better yet, accept that I already donate to the groups I intend to ever donate to, and take my number and my address off your contact list.
Everyday, there are calls including after 9PM and Sunday. If this is the American Lung Association, I can think of no better way to piss people off and have your fund raising go down the toliet. Perhaps, the FTC would like to get involved. Just saying. SO, ALA, you will never, ever, ever get a penny from me.
