Called at 1:32PM om 4/21/17.  CID showed Washington DC.  No message left.  This is a regular pest, number now blocked.

Callled 4-22-17 @ 1005 hours EST did not answer no VM

She kept saying my name on my ans. machine but did not leave a message. Probably wanting me to say "yes" to record my voice.  I don't know any one in D.C.  If you get a call like this, whatever you do, don't say "yes". Say something like "who wants to know". Number now blocked.
