This number has called me several times in the past couple of days. I decided to answer today - the individual does not speak english as a primary language and I could not understand them. When I called back the message said it was the marketing department....but didn't identify the company and the voice on voice mail was also not native American but said if you want your number to be included in something - garbled - press 1 or if you want a representative to call you back press 2

Somehow the people on this call knew an order that I put into Taylor Gifts. They had my address and even knew the exact item that I ordered from Taylor Gifts. I'm not sure if they are scammers or if they are the company that makes the item that I bought.
this number has called me numerous times a day for over a week now. they never leave a message, and i never answer the call. tried calling back the number and all i get is a recording saying, "You have reached the Marketing Company. If you want your number added to out 'Do Not Call List' press 1, and for a Rep to call you back, press 2"........but the voice on the recording was very muffled and not native American (had to listen to it a few times to understand it all) and neither Google nor the BBB have a listing for "The Marketing Company" in DC
this company just won't quit - calling all day every day (but sunday) - eg Saturday at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6pm - is there a way they can be fined for bothering me?
