No clue. Got this call on one of my lines. Info says Mobile - Peerless Network.

Been getting these calls all this week from this number

Claims to be from PEPCO and says we qualify for free solar panels. Told her she was a scammer and to take us off the list or I would report her.

This number keeps calling me. They said it's PEPCO trying to sell offer free solar panels for your home. It sounds like a scam.

Keep getting multiple calls a day from this number. No content. Attempted calling back, rang for 2 minutes and got a call could not be completed error.
