Called June 20, 2016 at 7:45am CID Washington DC. They left a message saying they are the criminal investigators for the IRS and this was about a very important criminal matter. That I owe back taxes and if I don't call them back and take care of this problem a warrant will be issued for my arrest.
msg left from this number said CID Agent #2899 call regarding misconduct on tax filing needed to be taken care of immediately. A check of owner of this number led to an area on Cook Road in Beltsville, MD. A scam.
