Who called from 2028034952

Got called twice caller would not not identify himself. Had details about me though

I receive a call every single day from this number. Sometimes twice a day on my cell phone. So sick of this. What is government going to do about this. It disrupts my workday!!

Unwanted bothersome phone calls from this number.

Called this evening (Sunday) at 6:30 PM.  I was on the phone at the time so they didn't get my answering machine.  Caller ID said SERV DEPT.  I have added the number to my blocked callers list.

Please tell me how to block this number. They call my cell phone "daily"!!
