IRS Scam. I called this number back, got message "Please tell your name and Google Voice will connect you". After I provided name (fake name, of course), the male with Indian accent answered the call. He asked again my first and last name, I gave him fake first and last name and, after this, this guy blocked my number in his Google Voice account.
