They left a message said it was the IRS and they were sueing  and needed to call number back right away.  no names

Received a call on June 20. They left message on machine. They said that the IRS was filing a law suit against me. And to call them back immediately.

Keep calling saying the IRS has a law suit against me!! Fraud, fake

Called twice on the 21st and left messages. Said it was the IT'S and that they suing me. I know that the IRS doesn't call you and that just send you stuff in the mail. Someone needs to shut this fraudster down.

Same as the others. Don't let it scare you. The IRS would be much more on top of a lawsuit than a robocall with no name or account number attached. Breathe easy.
