yes I get the same massage from 2028641327 and I did talk to IRS about it, the irs told me they never call any body on the phone ,so if any body call you by the name of IRS is spam they try scare people and get money from them ignore them
I got one of these calls today. They called 3 times. I called back and they told me there was a lawsuit and not to call them back and hung up on me. Now the line is disconnected.
