Obvious scam.
Received message on answering machine stating "filing lawsuit against you". I would be concerned but taxes are paid and there was a scam earlier this year in March and someone called from Washington state. The IRS had a press conference and stated if they are suing you they do not call they send letters of that fact. If it is not in writing it is not true. PLEASE pass this information onto anyone you know that might be vulnerable to this scam.
