Have been calling every 2-3 hrs,
I'm not understanding what good Do Not Call registry is

Unfortunately the Do not call registry doesn't apply to political parties

This is a very rude, caustic person.  I made the mistake of answering once, even though I didn't recognize the number of my Caller ID.  Why can't we find out who this is???

Calls my 87-year-old mother at least 3 times per day EVERY DAY!!
