If this is one of them - and it sure sounds like it - they aren't actually interested in your political opinion, unless it can get them your wallet.

First time for a call from this number.  A message was left; but, the caller spoke so fast it wasn't easy to  understand. Something about a survey.

This number finally left a message.  "This is a public survey for the City of .....  We will call back later."  Would be nice if the City had actually warned us this would be happening.
