The computer voice starts saying this isn’t a telemarketer or solicitation, but then goes on to claim you can lower your credit card rates. It’s the same scum buckets from Card Services. I truly wish there was something we could do to stop this annoying parasites. These people are scum of the earth unworthy of life. We have over 200 numbers blocked and the parasites just use new spoof numbers. Plus thanks to congress passing legislation allowing charities and pollsters to call cell phones. The scam telemarketers parasites, have been calling cell phones now too. If you’ve seen the Walking Dead, these scammers need to talk to Lucy!
